Summit County, CO Real Estate Update 2/11/2020

 

Summit County Market Through January

​Single Family Sales:  In January, the average single family sold price was $1,090,000.  Average days on market equals 57 and the average price per square foot was $380.  There is a 3.4 month supply of inventory, which is down 29.2% from this time last year. The percent list to sold price was 97.9%.

Multi Family Sales:  The average price of a multi family type property ended January at $667,000.  Average days on Market equals 67 and the average price per square foot was $560.  Currently, there is a 4.1 month supply of inventory. Down 14.6% from last year at this time. The percent list price to sold price was 97.4%.
