The final day of July has arrived. There are only a couple more weeks of peak summer season left ahead of back-to-school and “weekend warrior” cadence of visitation to town. Now is the time to journey to Steamboat to catch one last rodeo, farmers market, or wildflower walk in the woods.
A new development hit the market this week, Powderline Condominiums, previously a office building across from the Meadows lot/Strings Music Festival. The building will have 9 residences from 1-bedroom + den to 2-bedrooms + den. Amenities include a Club Lounge, ski lockers, boot dryers, fitness studio, and infared sauna. Each residence includes a “Club Room” on the amenity level that can serve as a media room, home office, rec or gear room.
