With the return of schools nationwide, we continue to see weekend warrior traffic to the mountains, but the family vacations are tapering off. The Routt County Fair, celebrating ranching heritage, kicks off it’s 110th year today. Hosted in Hayden, attendees enjoy livestock competitions, rodeos, a power wheels derby, and more. Another fun event showcasing the Western Spirit and the unique attributes of the Yampa Valley.
Market Update: This week the Steamboat Springs real estate market had 15 new listings, 12 under contract, and 10 closed properties.
