Not much to report from the Yampa Valley. We’re still having beautiful days and are anxiously awaiting consistent snowfall. We had our first dusting in the high-country last week, but warmer weather has left only Storm Peak lightly powdered. While we wait for winter, locals relish in the great off-season restaurant specials, sidewalk sales, and are prepped to snag some resale gear at the Winter Sport’s Club Annual Ski Swap this weekend.
It’s time to warm up and stretch for the big snow dance! As an aside, this is the time of year Ski Conditioning fitness classes pop up around town, we’re not messing around… no pulled hammies before ski season!
Market Update: This week the Steamboat Springs real estate market had 14 new listings, 15 under contract, and 11 closed properties.
