The ranch real estate market continues to be defined by one clear principle: quality matters. Ranches with exceptional water resources, wildlife habitat, improvements, and location continue to attract the strongest demand and pricing, while more average offerings face a more selective buyer pool. This distinction is shaping outcomes and is expected to persist in 2026. Fortunately, quality properties are our specialty, which explains why nearly 70 percent of our sales in 2025 never reached the open market or were available for only a few weeks before going under contract.
