During December, Summit County saw 95 residential transactions totaling $133M in sales volume. Compared to December 2022, transactions last month were up by 1%, and sales volume was up by 17%. Land transactions were down 33% compared to the previous year, with a total of 2.
The 3-month average sales price has increased to $1.35M, a 10% increase compared to a year ago. The 3-month average price per square foot is $767, a 5% increase compared to December 2022. The days on the market 3-month average is up 36% compared to 2022, now at 60 days. The 3-month average list vs. sold price ratio has stayed the same at 97%.
The luxury market transactions of $2Million+ have increased by 33% with a total of 16 sales, with the highest sale price being $12,000,000.
At the beginning of January, there were 353 active listings in Summit County, of which 299 were residential and 54 were land. This is an 17% increase in inventory compared to this time last year.
