As you can see from the report through January, real estate sales in 2018 started out a little behind 2017. However, sales through today have surpassed 2017 and we have another $34 million under contract at this time. I expect sales in 2018 to exceed 2017 and that prices will continue to increase. The number of single family homes, condos and vacant land properties on the market are similar to this time last year, but the prices are much different. It is challenging / impossible to find a condominium for less than $200,000 or a single family home for less than $600,000 in the north end of the Gunnison Valley.
