Good afternoon & Happy Friday! It feels like spring in the valley. Sunshine, warmer temps, and more daylight have me daydreaming about hiking, wildflowers, and spritzes on a riverside patio. Soon enough! WinterWonderGrass kicks off today with 3-days of bluegrass et al. In addition to the music festival, spring breaks are kicking off around the country and Steamboat is certainly a great spot to land. March is a busy month for the resort and the final push of peak winter season. Market Update: This week the Steamboat Springs real estate market had 12 new listings, 17 under contract, and 9 closed properties.
