Season’s Greetings from Telluride!
With the end of the year fast approaching we are all hopeful that the Ski Resort will be able to open more terrain after this weekend’s storm.
While we do our snow dances we’d like to sincerely thank everyone who has chosen to do business with us and/or referred us to others in the past year – we very much appreciate your faith and confidence in us and will always work hard to earn this trust.
We continue to see a slow down in real estate sales in San Miguel County but that said well priced, exceptional properties are still trading. The countywide numbers through November are down 25% in dollar volume and 26% in number of sales. Despite that the average sales price has increased across most sectors with Telluride up 3% and Mountain Village up 11%. With limited inventory, now more than ever, it is important to have help and guidance of a seasoned real estate professional as you navigate our unique market.
